Raspberry White Chocolate Slices Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter- room temp.
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. raspberry jam
  • 2 oz. white chocolate- chopped

Instructions

  1. In large bowl with mixer on med. speed, beat 1/2 c. butter, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in 1 1/4c. flour and beat until dough comes together. Divide into thirds. On a floured surface with palms of your hands, roll each portion into a 9 inch long rope 1 inch thick. Pace ropes on buttered baking sheet 3 inches apart. Press finger to make indentions at 1 inch intervals along each rope. Spoon 1/4 tsp. jam into each indention. Bake at 350 12- 15 min. until dough edges are lightly browned. Put Chocolate in a sandwich bag at one end and twist tie to secure. Place bag in cup of hot water until melted. Snip end of bag and drizzle across ropes. Chill until chocolate is firm then slice.
