Breakfast smoothie in a bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup Avocado
  • 1/4 cup rasberries
  • 2 cups black berries
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • Handful Almonds

Instructions

  1. Start by adding all the ingredients into the blender, once blended more in bowl and decorate with hemp seeds , almonds, strawbeeries etc
