Breakfast smoothie in a bowl
Ingredients
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/2 cup Avocado
- 1/4 cup rasberries
- 2 cups black berries
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- Handful Almonds

- Start by adding all the ingredients into the blender, once blended more in bowl and decorate with hemp seeds , almonds, strawbeeries etc
