Raspberry-Pear Crisp
Ingredients
- 2 medium pears unpeeled,cored,thin sliced
- vegetable cooking spray
- 1 16 oz package unsweetened raspberries frozen, thawed
- 1 cup quick cooking oats uncooked
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine melted
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Arrange pear slices in 12x8x2 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. Arrange raspberries evenly over pears. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over raspberries. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes or until pears are tender.
