Raspberry Crumble
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups Raspberries
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 5 teaspoons Corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon Coarse salt
- 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter room temperature
- 1/4 cup Light brown sugar
- 1 cup All purpose flour spooned and leveled
- 1/2 teaspoon Coarse salt
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 375
- 2. Combine raspberries, granulated sugar, corn starch and salt
- 3. Transfer to 8“ baking pan
- Topping
- 1. In large mixing bowl beat butter and brown sugar on medium until light and fluffy
- 2. Add flour and salt and, with your hands, mix until large pieces form
- 3. Scatter over filling
- 4. Bake until center is bubbling (40-50 minutes), tenting loosely with foil after 30 minutes
- 5. Let cool 20 minutes before serving
