Raspberry Crumble

Ingredients

  • 5 1/2 cups Raspberries
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 5 teaspoons Corn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse salt
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Light brown sugar
  • 1 cup All purpose flour spooned and leveled
  • 1/2 teaspoon Coarse salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. 2. Combine raspberries, granulated sugar, corn starch and salt
  3. 3. Transfer to 8“ baking pan
  4. Topping
  5. 1. In large mixing bowl beat butter and brown sugar on medium until light and fluffy
  6. 2. Add flour and salt and, with your hands, mix until large pieces form
  7. 3. Scatter over filling
  8. 4. Bake until center is bubbling (40-50 minutes), tenting loosely with foil after 30 minutes
  9. 5. Let cool 20 minutes before serving
