Raspberry Tart Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cup raspberries
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • 4 pieces raspberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 pie crust
  • 2 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and add the vanilla extract to it. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar. Then add all purpose flour along with vanilla extract and whisk again.
  3. Boil this egg and milk mixture over medium flame and when done, take it off the flame and add in the raspberry pulp.
  4. Keep this raspberry mixture aside and cool it down. When the mixture is at room temperature, pour the mix into a pie crust and top with whipped cream.
  5. Add raspberries on the top and serve.
