Spiced Raspberry-Cottage Cheese Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 6 oz fresh raspberries about 1 1/2 cups
- 1/2 cup Cottage cheese fat free
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 tbsp rolled oats old fashioned
- 1 tsp Honey
- pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree’ until smooth. Drink immediately or freeze for a bit if you like it thicker.
