Spiced Raspberry-Cottage Cheese Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz fresh raspberries about 1 1/2 cups
  • 1/2 cup Cottage cheese fat free
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats old fashioned
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Puree’ until smooth. Drink immediately or freeze for a bit if you like it thicker.
