Bunchberry and Raspberry Syrup (For Pancakes)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups bunch berries
  • 2 cups raspberries
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 1/4 cup honey or 1/4 cup corn syrup

Instructions

  1. Cook all together on stove until soft, about 10 minutes. Press through a sieve or colander to separate syrup from pulp. Serve on pancakes, waffles, etc – .
